Because of the extremely high temperatures required during manufacturing, porcelain pavers are denser than natural stones. This requires a porcelain specific set of tools that are engineered for longevity and performance.
From specifically patterned diamonds on our Porcelain Paver Pro blades to the profile router bits used to shape porcelain pavers, our tools are designed to deal with the toughest material in hardscape.
Everyday diamond tools work well for thin tile and natural stone but not for porcelain pavers. Ace Diamond Tools are designed to work specifically on porcelain. Our tools have longevity when cutting and grinding on porcelain pavers that typical diamond tools are not capable of providing.
Ace diamond blades are manufactured using pattern diamond technology. The diamonds are electronically placed for precision cutting
The Porcelain Paver Pro is the only patterned diamond blade in the world designed for cutting porcelain pavers.
With an custom so bond and heavy duty core, the Porcelain Paver Pro can handle tough 2cm pavers with ease.
The ACE contour cutting wheel is specifically designed for cutting
circles and curves in porcelain pavers and natural stone. Works with porcelain pavers and natural stone. This contour wheel features a 5/8” arbor and can be fitted on a hand grinder for work on the job site.
Contour blade segments assist the blades cutting ability to cut curved areas cleanly as well as grind away material to
ACE Grinder router bits have a 5/8”-11 female arbor that threads
onto any grinder to profile porcelain pavers, block, and natural stone.
Each bit has two independent steel bearings allowing the bit to be run
wet or dry. The shaping is done with high quality, large particulate diamonds that are brazed to the body of the bit. Top quality build components equal top quality performance in the field
ACE has a full line of brazed single layer core bits for use on porcelain pavers as well as natural stone. These long Core bits feature an oil reservoir and
female 5/8” arbor on sizes above 1”. For use on porcelain or natural stone. These continuous rim bits leave the cleanest holes of any bits on the market. Works great both dry and wet.
Always comply with ANSI Z87.1 and all other safety guidelines as per ANSI B7.5 and all OSHA regulations i.e. 29 CFR 1910.94, 1910.95, 1910.133, 1910.215 & 1910.1000 covering handling, storage & inspection –mounting – safety guard – flanges – machine condition – ventilation & air contaminants, eye, ear & other personal protection information.
Make sure that arbor and flanges are clean, and tighten nut securely
Discard damaged or cracked blade
If blade wobbles, vibrates or unusual noise occurs, stop the tool immediately. Examine the blade for damage or incorrect mounting.
Cutting curves will cause stress cracks or fragmentation on the blade, resulting in possible injury to people in the vicinity
